OUR PROCESS
From the best in-class equipment to the most environment friendly laundry detergents and emulsifiers, our entire pipeline makes sure that each and every cloth is washed and processed with utmost care. With non-toxic chemicals and our eco-friendly practices, we eliminate any harm to the clothes or the environment.

All clothes are first sorted on the basis of their type and color, and put in different tubs labelled with the client's name. Clothes are thoroughly inspected for tough spots and stains, and categorized on the basis of their soiling level. We check care label instructions whenever available to make sure the clothes receive care as intended by the manufacturer.
SORTING & INSPECTION

Clothes that require extra attention are pre-treated for stains. A customized process for different material, color, and make of the cloth ensures maximum stain and dirt removal. Heavily soiled clothes are also first treated by hand whenever required.
PRE-WASHING

Clothes are steam washed at 60°C, keeping both the mechanical motion of the washer and the detergents used gentle and precise, minimizing wastage and maximizing efficiency. The clothes come out of our washer completely sanitized, clean, and smelling fresh.
STEAM WASHING

The semi-dried clothes from the washer are moved to our highly efficient tumble dryers with optimal heat and motion settings to ensure clothes come out completely dried without any long-term damage.
DRYING

Clothes are then folded and ironed through steam press. Unlike conventional ironing systems, steam pressing allows complete removal of wrinkles without having the hot metal of press come in direct contact with the clothes. This increases the total lifespan of the fabric, lets it breathe and adds a natural shine on top.

Final lots are checked one last time for stains or soil, before being organized and packed in our bags as required by the client.
